Last night, I had the privilege to be a part of the graduation ceremony for CAPS Paterson. What made it extra special was that the 2024 graduating seniors represented College Achieve Paterson School’s (CAPS) first ever graduating class. Four years ago, a select group of students decided to enroll at a new charter school whose focus was to prepare every student to excel in and graduate from a top college. To say they achieved their goal is an understatement. 100% of the graduating seniors were accepted into a 4 year college or university. That is a remarkable achievement, and probably a first ever for a Paterson High School. 

My firm is happy to support the scholars at CAPS, and we hope some of the students find a career in the legal profession. To quote Nelson Mandela – “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” May these students go on to do great things for this world.
